Band Member Sheets

The "Band Member" sheet is an accelerated system of self-guided curriculum in my band programs. The lines on the sheet represent "check" marks in the associated method book for students to play for assessment. Not all students will use these sheets, and not all students who begin them will complete them. Students who complete a box are awarded with a pin (but a "belt" or other motivating item can be used). Any student who completes the entire sheet is allowed to sign our Band Member achievement board.
